Laura On: The Fall/Holiday Issue of Toast Magazine
I can't believe it - our third issue of our lifestyle magazine, Toast, is finally here! It's just in time to deliver all of your inspiration for the fall and holiday seasons ahead. Take a peek at what I'm most excited about in this issue below…
"There’s something about the start of fall that I just love. The changing color of the leaves, the drop in temperatures (even if only a slight drop for us in Florida!), and knowing that the holiday season of gathering together and celebrating is just around the corner, gets me so excited for this time of year.
After a summer spent unwinding and relaxing, it’s easy to slip right back into routines once fall begins. It’s like a habit. Schedules pick up, school is back in session, more get-togethers are penciled in your agenda and your to-do list grows. It’s easy to go from zero to 60 quickly once the season arrives. And with exciting developments for our team with the opening of our third flagship store (stay tuned for where and when we open!) and a busy travel schedule filled with lots of events and signings, I know that this season will pass in the blink of an eye. Before you know it, it will be January and we’ll be putting the Christmas decorations away. It’s so often these special times of holidays and celebrations pass us by in the blink of an eye.
In the spirit of “never missing an opportunity to celebrate every day,” we wanted to dedicate this issue to helping you take time to truly enjoy this season - whether that’s having a go-to recipe handy when you don't have time to run to the store or being ready to gift all recipients on your list this Christmas. It’s important to take time to enjoy the magic that is the holiday season. Take time daily to sit back and celebrate each and every day."
So go ahead, sign up to receive your free copy here and get to reading and planning your next celebration…or just simply pour yourself a glass of wine and indulge in reading. Because let’s face it, today is another reason to celebrate, and that’s reason enough.
