Kyle On: What’s Penciled In My Agenda

HEV-BLOG--KJS-Agenda-Feature_Billboard_V

How are we already halfway through March? I can’t believe how quickly this month has flown by! My Happy Everything! Agenda is jammed packed this week with lots of exciting meetings and celebrations {probably why I feel like this month has been flying by!}. Take a peek at what’s penciled in it.

Coffee with Sara Kate at one of our favorite local breakfast spots, Beans at Betton, was at the top of my list. Unlike mom and I, Sara Kate is a notoriously late sleeper… she needs to be caffeinated if up before 9 am! When I convince her to wake up early and meet me for coffee before work, we always have some of our best brainstorming sessions. We have some big photo shoots coming in the next few weeks {stay tuned}, so stepping out of the office always helps us get the creative juices flowing!

In case you forgot, Friday is St. Patrick’s Day! It’s also my grandfather { or as he’s known to us, G-Daddy’s} birthday; he is not only my grandfather but also serves as Coton Colors CFO! After work on Friday you’ll find our family at happy hour, sipping beers and cheersing to G-Daddy’s birthday.

With the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, I love the constant reminder to document what made me happy during the week. Going back and reading through those memories is one of my favorite things to do. I gave up tv for Lent this year, and surprisingly it’s not as hard as I thought! This time has allowed me to read some of the books I’ve been dying to try, and also has given Warren and I more time to sit back, enjoy a glass of wine, and talk about our day together!

Have any book suggestions? Leave yours in the comments below {I’ll add it to my to-do list this next week!}.
