Last January at Market in Atlanta, Laura and I had the pleasure of presenting an asian inspired cooking demo featuring recipes from The Happy Everything Cookbook. After the demo, a handsome young man bought a cookbook as a gift for his fiancé and said that he hoped to use our Sweet Chili Noodle Salad {served in the take-out boxes with chop sticks} and the Steamed Pork Dumplings recipes for their wedding reception.  I always wonder if that ever happened?  Maybe he will be at market this July and will give us a full report of all the wedding festivities…
